Darren has lead large teams in 3 different organizations including K-12, post-secondary, and municipality. With a passion for organizational culture change and re-inventing leadership, Darren challenges convential management models using modern science based tools to create highly engaged teams. With a strong belief in a the Quiet Leadership approach (David Rock) and a servent leader style, Darren believes teaching people how to think, rather than telling people what do results in a strong , well positioned, resilient team. Building on his passion of focusing on the success of each individual he works with, Darren uses various coaching models when working with clients to ensure they meet thier full potential. Darren will help and facilitate the process for his coachees be their best, achieve goals, and find the success they are looking for.
Darrens combines his vast leadership experience with certifications in Brain Based Coaching (NLI), Royal Roads Executive Coaching, Foundations of Neuroleadership, Crucial Conversations, Pro-Sci Change management, and Associate Certified Coach ( International Coaching Federation ) to all his coachees with the goal of being fully present and dedicated to their goals.
